We are excited to announce an opportunity for a highly motivated and compassionate Charge Nurse to join our dynamic PCICU LLUCH team. This is more than just a position; it’s a chance to play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients while leading and supervising a dedicated team of nurses.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for:

- Providing leadership and supervision to the nursing staff

- Evaluating patient care needs and developing individualized care plans

- Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient care

- Communicating with other healthcare professionals for coordinated patient care

- Educating and supporting patients and their families

- Maintaining infection control and safety standards

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

- Leadership experience in a healthcare setting

- Certification in a specialty area of nursing (preferred)

- A current nursing license in good standing

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree

- A minimum of 3 years as a Registered Nurse

- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

- A commitment to providing high-quality patient care

- 3/12 NOC Shift
