Join the expanding cardiac critical care APP team at Seattle Children's Hospital and function at a high level as a frontline provider caring for all levels of critical care acuity. Seattle Children's is a busy pediatric cardiac center, top rated for surgery, cardiac cath and heart failure/ transplant management. The cardiac ICU consists of 24 beds, expanding to 30, plus a soon to launch cardiac transitional care unit. APPs are the cornerstone of the interdisciplinary team. Members of the APP team lead QI and clinical operations work in partnership with physician colleagues. Role includes cross coverage of pediatric Cardiac Transitional Care Unit. 

Fulltime and parttime positions available. 

Clinical schedule rotates day and night coverage, 365 days/ year. Will also hire those preferring nocturnist position.
