Seeking a BC/BE Pediatric Intensivist preferably with additional cardiac ICU training, to join our team of eight intensivists at Sacred Heart Children's Hospital, serving Eastern Washington, Idaho, Montana, and Oregon.

Practice Overview:

• 20-bed mixed cardiac and general PICU with an average daily census of 10-12
• Active pediatric cardiac surgery program with over 100 pumps annually
• ECLS program with ELSO Gold award status
• Level II Pediatric Trauma Center
• Full pediatric subspecialist and surgical support
• Active outpatient sedation service
• Teaching opportunities with pediatric residents and medical students
• Collaborative, supportive environment with strong mentorship and clinical support
• Compensation: $260,000-$395,000 based on years of experience and fellowship training

• The ideal candidate must be BC/BE in Pediatric Critical Care plus have additional cardiac ICU fellowship training, or substantial pediatric cardiac ICU experience. New grads in a cardiac-focused training program are welcome to apply.
